1) Why does it take so long to ship my Spirit bag? Each bag is individually and custom made to order in the Neet factory located in Sedalia, MO. Once the order is received, the factory is advised and production starts on your bag. If the order is completed earlier than the 4-6 week time, Spirit will ship it sooner.


2) What is the return policy? All bags are custom ordered and may be returned only when a warranty issue exists.

3) What is the warranty on my Spirit purchase? All Spirit USA Archery products have a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from product ship date. Any misuse of product voids all warranties.

4) What if I would like a small change to the embroidery option? Spirit has chosen a wide variety of embroidery options to accommodate the majority of order requests. However, if you would like to discuss a minor change, we will make every effort to make that happen so that your bag fits you.

5) Can I call to place an order instead of using the website? Of course! We will be happy to take an order over the phone and help you decide on choices you will need to make for your custom order. Please call us at 314-452-.2077

6) I am a coach and would like to order several bags for our team – Do you offer quantity pricing? Yes, Spirit does offer quantity pricing for multiple items ordered. Please call to request additional information.

7) Our team is able to purchase items only through an approved PO. Does Spirit accept PO purchases? Yes, Spirit works very closely with schools when placing orders. us by phone for instructions on ordering with a PO.
